Academic Consultants will be engaged initially for a period of 1 year extendable up to 3 years on year to year basis depending on the requirement and as deemed fit and proper to the Competent Authority of NTA.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates can apply for retired Associate Professor/ Professor level academicians or high-quality freelance or serving academician having PhD Degree in the relevant areas/ fields with minimum post qualification experience of at least 20 years is eligible for the positions of Academic Consultants.
Selection Process
Qualified candidates will be called for an interview for appearance before a Selection Committee to be constituted for the purpose, and the recommendations of the selection committee shall be final.
The Academic Consultants will not be provided accommodation and HRA/ TA/ DA, CGHS facilities. They will be paid conveyance allowances of ₹ 40,000 per month.
They will also be entitled to 1.5 days’ leave in a month.
