Basic Knowledge of Computer Application equivalent to Course on Computer Concept (CCC) of National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) or Diploma in Computer Application/ Certificate in Computer Application from Institutions recognized by Mizoram State Council of Technical Education is a minimum computer proficiency qualification for Direct Recruitment to all Group ‘A’, ‘B’ and ‘C’ posts under the Government of Mizoram.
